Junior Suite was very clean. Small things like a brush and pan would have helped when with small children. We would have enjoyed a coffee machine as per booking but Michael at reception was exceptional in taking care of us. A real character and very pleasant. Kids loved the treats at the main reception and staff generally very accommodating. Great location with zoo around the corner and underground the same. Great restaurant near the zoo.

My colleagues and I have been staying at this hotel for 3 years when visiting the book fair. the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing. The location is not exactly in the city center but it has convenient transportation.
