Staff got us hot water down stairs in reception which was nice as there was no kettle in the room. Even though we didn't use the TV, we thought it was nice having a TV magazine to say what was on the TV.

Nice and clean room, quiet location and a nice coffee shop right around the corner. Reception staff were very nice. The woman even let me charge my phone for a while there after checkout.
