I really loved the easiness of staying at Orthi Ammos. The staff made us feel like we were friends staying over. Not intrusive, but here to help when needed. They gave us nice tips around the area. The isolation of the room wasn't perfect and the AC a bit old, but everything was functional, and the beds were recent and comfortable. Nice little outside area.

Beautiful place! We were there at the beginning of June and we were the only guests. The beach if front of the hotel and the one nearby (10 minutes walk) were both beautiful and uncrowded. Absolutely stunning! The staff of the taverna was very kind and there was coffee and tea available in the room.

The fish menu was very good. The service was also. Special mention to Salem the waiter. The taverna is in an excellent location with amazing sea view and view of the castle.

Hotel located near the beach, Venetian castle in a quiet area. Rooms have sea, castle and mountain views. Very helpful and hospitable staff. Ideal place for a holiday and as a starting point in this part of Crete.
