Comfortable room and laid back, relaxed environment. Especially liked the direct access to the lush gardens from the room. Lovely to wake up to. There are thermal springs on premises which are great start or end to the day. The location is also good.

This is the second time we are at the Vulcano Hotel. The hot springs in the hotel are great and the possibility to use the hotel services before checking in to the rooms and after checking out is the best option in the area. The room was clean. Hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Clean and high-quality bedding. recommended.

The place isn't luxurious but is very well maintained. rooms are very clean and the staff is helpful. the thermal baths are a real bonus

Got the thermal suite at a super good deal on Booking.com and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The private thermal pool was just amazing - soothes our tired legs after all the hiking. But even if you don't get the suite, you can still enjoy the public thermal pools which looks great too. Bed was ok, wifi was strong enough to stream videos. Their restaurant serves yummy food - the shrimp risotto is to die for!
