Everything!!! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was stunning, exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything felt fresh and clean. The view and scenery is so special. Falling asleep and waking up listening to the sounds of the jungle was incredible.

The view and surroundings are incredible. You’re literally staying in the middle of the jungle. A great opportunity to observe wild animals in their natural habitat, just from the terrace. Clean rooms and well maintained property.

The lodges have beautiful views of the volcano. Rooms comfy. However being in rain forest rains alot, so it's loud on the tin roofs so take ear plugs.

This was an extraordinary experience and for sure the best way to be close to Arenal volcano . The view from the room is amazing . Equipped with a really good bed it’s the best way to experience the forest with highest comfort. From the balcony you see and hear a lot of birds. And the staff is amazing, they are very welcoming and help you with everything you need - always with a smile ! My personal highlight was my morning coffee on the balcony swing watching and listening to the forest . It’s the best and worth every cent !

Location is beautiful and we had a spacious bungalow with 2 separate rooms. We had a laundry machine in our room that was not working so the staff washed our clothes for free.

The view of the volcano is amazing and the fact that you are so close to the hanging bridges park. We woke up early and had the whole park for ourselves before the masses arrived. Breakfast at the hotel down the road was fine.

Beautiful location, lovely rooms, clean and beautifully presented. The staff were really friendly, extremely helpful and polite. The setting is really stunning, you’re surrounded by trees and have a wonderful view of the volcano.

Beautiful rooms with incredible views, if you want to feel surrounded by nature, it’s perfect. It’s across the road from the hanging bridges. If you don’t want a resort feel it’s much more natural and peaceful
