Firstly the staff were so helpful and friendly and should be recognised for that. The location was great , central but down a side street away from the noise. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

What a brilliant, quiet place to stay, while being near the centre of the city. Fabulous staff, beautiful settings, big room, massive comfy bed and a sizable bathroom with a great shower. Breakfast is fair as well. What's not to like? Unhesitatingly recommended. As a P.s, the towel art is tremendous!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, convenient location (10 min walk to the central park) and great restaurants (Red Snapper, Open Kitchen, Traversia).

Hotel was conveniently for the town but distant enough to be quiet. The staff were so friendly and very helpful especially with organising trips.

The amazingly helpful and friendly staff! Also the amount of wildlife including sloths! 🦥 Rooms were comfy and had everything we needed! Location is very central!

The location and the environment was very chilled and was perfect for us. Very close to the town as we did not have a car. The staff were really lovely and helpful and we liked the breakfast every morning..

Comfortable beds and a nice, if small, pool. Lovely garden with lots of birdlife that you can watch at breakfast
