The hotel was simply fantastic. The view overlooking the Vulcano was super. The pool area was much more than we expected. We enjoyed it a lot. The farm was a nice surprise. The pig was so cool and our kids loved all the animals. The staff very helpful to arrange tours. We did zipline that was amazing. The chalet was really nice and well accommodated. We loved this place.

Beautiful place just outside of town. Feels very relaxed and not busy despite being full. We loved the hot springs, the farm, the breakfast and all the animals you could see from the restaurant.

Wonderful Hotel. The rooms are large chalets with a safe and WiFi working well throughout the large area of the hotel which is difficult. Own thermal pools.Breakfast:fruits, juice and a dish to choose from. Very well done. Employees arrange tours, but you should be careful with the choice not to go on a similar tour, but not the same. Efficient and friendly employees. Very good massage center. Fantastic views of Arenal weather permitting.

This place is like heaven. My family stayed here last week and the property is perfect. The grounds are clean. Food is great. My kids enjoyed the farm. They milked the cow, picked chicken eggs and rode the horse. Had a very great time and some awesome memories.

Great volcano views from bungalow patio.. Beautiful gardens. Multiple hot spring pools in a gorgeous setting. Good breakfast. Superbly clean bungalow room. Insect repellent provided with toiletries in room. Overall exceeded expectations.

Everything! The grounds are stunning, well laid out, each cabin perfectly situated amongst flowers and plants that attract butterflies and hummingbirds, and each has a view of Arenal volcano. Beds are super comfy, great shower, beautiful toiletries, free bug repellent. THE HOT SPRINGS!!! The farm, getting to milk the cow for fresh milk! Honestly, this place is out of this world.
