It is located in the center of La Fortuna which is very convenient. The breakfast is amazing! We especially love the Muesli. The staff are extremely nice and try their best to help you. The reception lady even offered to do our laundry sind all laundry services were closed and we needed to wash our clothes urgently. They have air conditioning and hot water. The hotel has everything you need. I would definitely come back to this place if I’m in La Fortuna!

Great location to walk into the centre of La Fortuna in a couple of minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious with small balconies or terraces. There was a nice pool with loungers and a visiting iguana! You could see lots of birds from both the pool and the restaurant areas, and the food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast was good. There was also an upstairs reading room with power points.

Nice hotel in a great location. Loads of beautiful birds around the pool. Was originally given a very dark room behind the kitchen but was able to change to a much brighter nicer room. We went on the best reasonably priced tour of our sat in La Fortune to Mariolas Trail which was only 10 mins walk away.

Good location, in the center of La Fortuna. Nice staff, welcoming you and helping with any request. Very good breakfast, you receive a ticket for the restaurant next to the accommodation. They offer 5 options for your breakfast.

Great staff, ideal location for visiting the Thermal baths nearby. Clean, good free parking onsite. Good rooms. Visited Baldi Springs nearby on day passes, bought them in town saved $45 a day between us than booking direct with the Springs

Excellent location - in the centre of everything but without the noise. The staff were helpful with organizing excursions and giving advise. The breakfast in the Open Kitchen next door was very good. Good water pressure in the shower and always warm. Nice common area for working.

Very helpful front desk especially Andres. The lady at the other shift of the front desk is also very nice. She swiftly changed my room when my original assigned room has water problem.The restaurant next door provide good breakfast and very facilitating. They provide packed breakfast if you go early for tour. They even gave me cake for my birthday. Very appreciated for their kindness !
