The hotel is good value for money. The breakfast omelettes each day were very tasty and selection of fruit was good. We had a car but it was close to everything so just a short drive to La Fortuna or the trips. We had a massage on the first day in the open air at night listening to the wildlife which was great. We saw a sloth, lots of beautiful birds and heard a howler monkey one night. Our boys loved the pool and we all loved the jacuzzi’s as always had our own one and lots of privacy

was OK but very disappointed that my request for a balcony room was ignored (I asked 6 months in advance)while other people's requests were granted,on check in the person at desk said that a note had been made but not acted upon. All the staff were helpful and polite.

Loved our room with excellent balcony where we viewed a good variety of birds,Toucans, Kite, Hummingbirds & lots more as well as butterflies. Breakfast was good with plenty choice & all staff friendly & helpful

Hot pools are positioned, so they feel secluded. The Spa treatment was exceptional. We did the honeymoon special, which was 2 hours of bliss. A very relaxing experience all-round.

This is a great place to stay. We had a large and beautiful room, with the largest shower I've every seen. We also got a terrasse with a nice view on a small river. Very nice swimming pool that my son loved. Great breakfast buffet. Secure parking close to the room. Nice staff

The massages were good, Pool area with bar was nice, yet always crowded and noisy with a lot of kids.
