Hotel is very central and provides a pick up location for any trips you are planning. Reception are helpful if you need any ideas. Many restaurant options in the surrounding area in addition to the on-site chef. Rooms are characteristic of other accommodation in Costa Rica.

I liked everything about this little boutique hotel. We had breakfast and a dinner in the restaurant in the hotel, both meals were excellent. We had planned on dining at the Soda that is behind this property, however, they were closed on that Monday, so we just decided to dine at the hotel, which ended up being an excellent choice. It's too bad that we were only able to get the rooms for 1 night, so we had to stay at Monte Real for the other night for our 2 day stay in La.Fortuna.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location right in the middle of La Fortuna. The breakfast was perfect and the staff were friendly and supportive.

Location is the best possible, in the main street and close to everything. They make a breakfast Box if you have to leave early. Room was big.

The hotel was in a great location to find places to eat and walk around the shops. It was a 2 minute walk from the bus station too. The room was very clean and the balcony was a nice place to sit even when it was raining as it is covered. The staff were very helpful with booking tours & general advice and recommendations for the area. The breakfast was brilliant with lots of options for food.

Hotel is located in the center of town near of all animations, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Breakfast was excellent and the Ventanita prepered one of the best burger on town. It must be mentioned the staff was super helpful and friendly. Mayfel, Miguel, Josha, Vanessa, and support staff provided an excellent services.

Very nice and helpful staff. Nice room with a little balcony and a big shower. The hotel is very centrally located for everything. Breakfast was good.
