The hotel was incredible with just amazing scenery and facilities! The staff were so welcoming theoughout our stay and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. For instance, our flight arrived late and the reception offered to have dinner ready when we checked in, for free, and even though we arrived well after midnight. Extra touches like this you don't get very often!

What a beautiful place. We loved everything about this hotel and tried to stay for longer but they were fully booked. Our room was incredible and we sat in our hot tub looking at the volcano. This is a magical place.
