Location was amazing, could easily walk into the town. Beautiful suite, well decorated and warm. Provision of tea, coffee, milk and light snacks. Lovely hand-wash and lotion and wonderful hot shower.

The hotel staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was cleaned every day, which was great. We celebrated my anniversary at Fort William, and the hotel surprised me with a lovely card and a bottle of champagne when we arrived—such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was also amazing and totally worth the £10 per person—we loved it! My husband and I felt so welcomed and at home. We’re really grateful for the warm hospitality and will definitely be back.
