Location, easy walking distance to town, breakfast was plentiful and had variety. The room was well appointed, if good size and facilities were great - coffee/tea tray and bathroom toiletries plentiful. Parking out front and ease of access was a bonus.

The guest house is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are small. The check-in process and welcome was very professional. I didn't eat breakfast.
