Perfect location, walking distance from the downtown. At the same time, it is a quiet place, with a view on a canal, with its own pool and bbq area. The manager of the hotel, Oksana, is the best, cheerful, and ready to help anytime. She knows the location very well and gives super tips about the places you can visit and have fun.

In a lovely part of Fort Lauderdale. Walkable to both beach and Las Olas Boulevard. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

The staff were outstanding - the manager Oxana could not have helped us more and everybody was extremely welcoming. Very relaxing and pleasant location by the canal

Everything!!! It was fabulous! We even got an upgrate and ended up in a very spacious apartment room! It was clean, staff was friendly. It was perfect!

Very quite location in a nice area about a 40 minute walk to downtown Fort Lauderdale, used Uber on occasion which seemed plentiful and not too expensive, staff were helpful.

We have nothing to complain about our staying at Villa Venezia. The location was great (near to one of the Fort Laudardale channels) with a beautiful view in quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The room was very confortable and cozy. The highlight was the service, the check in and all the attention Andrea (manager) gave us was amazing! Kind regards from Brazil!

I was upgraded and the apartment was amazing, everything you could possibly need. Beautiful peaceful location, 20 min walk to beach or restaurants - a scenic lovely walk so I enjoyed doing it. Andrea was incredibly welcoming and kind, giving great recommendations and was super helpful.
