Great location in Lauderdale by the Sea. Nice to have pool and ocean close by (with lounge chairs). Staff were friendly and helpful. Great food options always available on the property. Property had a great mix of relaxing and lively vibes. Full moon party was a blast!

We were very pleased with Plunge and will recommend to family and friends and our travel agent. The seating area in main lobby was great. and those staff members that work at placing chairs and umbrellas really work hard. Everything was perfect. rooms are so large and spacious. Restaurant near beach was handy and really good food.

Very comfortable bed. Location is great… footsteps from the beach, and approx 10 mins walk to a really buzzy part of town with restaurants and bars. Their pool area is clean and compact, with sun loungers. The bar service was good, and the food we had was really nice (fries and tenders are 10 out of 10!). Great ice machine/freezer available on the floor.

The location of the beach bungalow was fantastic, steps from the beach with a separate adults-only pool. The beach resort offered beach chairs and umbrellas, which the amazing staff was more than happy to set up for you in a location of your choice. A big shout out to Liam, who helped us with our umbrellas on multiple days. He was kind, highly competent, and ready to help however he could. The coffee shop had a nice selection of pastries, and the restaurant offered a decent menu. It was only a 15-minute walk along the beach to downtown Lauderdale by the Sea, which has great restaurants, stores, and an Italian bakery. It was a great place to rest for a few days before attending a work conference elsewhere in the city.

Plunge Beach offers an incredible location. The beach and the pool areas are beautiful and the staff was consistently welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs.

Nice location close to the beach, friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room. A bit worn out but clean and good for a few days at the beach. Bikes and sunbeds on the house a big bonus.

Jared at the Front Desk was fantastic; he switched rooms for me so that I could stay in one room continuously (my booking had been for a King bed - which I didn't care about - but an oceanview, THAT, I cared about! Jared sorted it out for me.) Dee and Bianca at the Breakfast Bar were lovely and welcoming - excellent service. Leroy helped me find a currency exchange and gave me accurate and easy-to-follow directions to get there. Delano at the Coffee Bar in the morning is the resident "Coffee God" and Michael in the Oceanside Bar provided excellent service when I arrived late on Sunday night, he ensured that I ate well and got some needed non-alcoholic hydration! Even the two guys manning the beachside beach-chair-and- towel service were lovely and extended warm wishes that I enjoyed my brief holiday. Oh! And Queenie and the Chefs in the Oceanside pub were EXCELLENT cooks! Food was delicious and well-cooked. Small touch, but I love that the napkins are cloth. Housekeeping was thorough and invisible - much appreciated.

The hotel was very conveniently located, on the beach, lovely pool (always found a bed), beds on the beach, great bar was fabulous food. There were families there that had been staying at this hotel for years (like 30 years)
