From checkin to check out everything about this hotel was amazing. Fantastic location, beach front, friendly staff always helpful. Hotel shuttle bus to bring you to main shopping area was free. A lovely added bonus. Room was huge and spotlessly clean.

Breakfast okey, but expensive. And on top of high cost they charge service fee 22%. It had been better to set the price as total.

This is second time with Pelican Grand Beach Resort, first with the kids which was great in 2023 as its close to the Inter Miami stadium, with the lazy river being a highlight at the resort with the kids (sea/sand for us). We loved it so much we came back, as a couple this year, for our wedding anniversary. The location with the beach/sea and views are awesome here with all the usual local shops and restaurants around. The Ocean 2000 restaurant on site is very good with ocean views from the veranda but also a large sitting area inside to cool off. Even the food delivered to the beach is great quality plus cocktails perfect. The room was perfect for our stay, make sure you get the full Seaview room because the sunrise is a special time. The rooms were clean and bigger than usual with a separate living area (not sure all rooms have this), fantastic with or without kids. King size bed super comfy. TV in both rooms have all the usual shows and movies, due to the season we were watching the local weather reports which are much better than mobile apps. Beach staff all great, make sure you get down there to reserve your deck chairs at busy periods. The staff mostly are great and informative. It's a special place for us and can't wait to book again, they made us feel very welcome and they even had a lovely surprise, upon check in, brought up to our room to kick off the wedding anniversary, thank you TJ and team.
