The location was great .The parking was plentiful and easily accessible. I really enjoyed the amenities like the outdoor pool and hot tub. Plus there's a little games room with ping pong, billiards, air hockey and more. The balconies were also really nice. The kitchen was kept very clean with lots of utensils, pots and pans for cooking.

Super hotel, few meters from beach, i get room with ocean view (with balcony) - amazing view (12th floor) and experience (wind ;-) ) . Room was equipped with bathroom + additional toilet room, kitchen with all staff (big fridge, kitchen, coffee machine, blender, toster, dishwasher, etc..). There was a big daily room + one bedroom. @ TV's, additional room for wardrobe. Super friendly staff. Big parking. Outside pool + jacuzzi. In 1-2 minutes walk there is few shops (7 eleven) and few nice restaurant (mexico, pizza, popcorn, breakfast) and pubs. In 10-15 minutes wal there is Fort Lauderdale city center, big mall (macys) and state park.

The location is excellent – right on the beachfront, adjacent to the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Gardens, and conveniently not too far to the entrance of the Boat Show. Plus, it’s just a 15-minute drive from Las Olas

It is great budget place to stay with comfort. Location is great. Very near to beach and beach blvd. Just 1 mile away from Las Olas Blvd. Water taxi/ferry stop is on a 2 minute walk. There are several shops nearby as well as 7 Eleven. Rooms are spacious with all the necessary amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. Fridge-Microwave-Cooking range and utensils. A ready to cook kitchen. Washrooms are good. Seaside balcony has a great view. Laundry is available at the site. It is better to bring your own shampoo and conditioners (although they provide it). Trash bins are on each floor and we feel it comfortable as we can throw away trash anytime it is full. The best thing is, there are many free activities for kids and adults both. Our kids enjoyed their time there.

We stayed at this hotel with my family for two days. We had a great time there. We arrived earlier check in time and I was just asking for leaving our luggage, but instead we could check in right away and our room was upgraded with bigger one with ocean view. Very friendly staff. I was thrilled with amenities we got for the price we paid. There is a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, entertainment room all included. The location is perfect. About 3 min walk to the beach passing by store with groceries and beach goods, icream store and pizzerias. Also there is a mall about 15 min walk. The hotel located between two parks, so there are a lot of greenery. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. They also have bar at the pool. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed, even dishwasher. Beds are comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. They even provide beach/pool towels. Definitely recommended
