We arrived here around 10.00pm and was met by Chris, the owne. Chris was very polite, very very helpful. In fact, he carried our cases up to the apartment for us and he refused a tip. He then showed around the apartment. The apartment was large, very clean and comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay there, no matter how long you stayed. It needed nothing. It had very convenient parking right out side and had a gorgeous pool in the centre of the complex complete with very comfy chairs under a sun canopy and sun loungers around the pool. There was even a BBQ if thats your poison. The complex was very well looked after and in a very good location. We are already talking about returning next year. In my opinion, you will not find a better apartment in ths location. Highly recommended.

Loved having the kitchenette . Coffee maker toaster fridge etc gave us flexibility . It had a cute pool , and great that the owners had communal loungers you could take to the beach . The re-cycled book /suncream area to be used by all was a great idea . Travellers could put leftovers to good use . A block away from the beach and 2 blocks to Publix , so good location for shopping too . Maria looked after us well. Fast communication . We were on an international flight which was late . She was v accommodating . Would definitely stay again .

Well situated close to restaurants and the beach, this is a well maintained and affordable stay. Chris proved to be a welcoming host who works hard to maintain a very high standard.

Perfect little oasis, right near the beach and close to Lauderdale-by-the-sea shops and restaurants. The pool area was lovely, right outside our room and with everything we could need! The owners provide beach chairs, towels and pool noodles for you to use at the beach and they even have a selection of sun lotion and after sun for your use too! Great to know if you are travelling with limited luggage!
