It’s located in a small and pretty village typical of Minorca. The apartment is well-located in the centre of Fornells, a few meters from the sea but there is no beach as such. It is spacious with two en-suite bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. There is also a nice swimming pool with sufficient loungers. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The view from the the balcony, the location was quiet but 150m from shops and & restaurants, the pool was great, the apartment was clean.

The "neighbours" were quite noisy. I would not recommend it for solo travelers who are looking for a peaceful place... and it was not even during the high season!
