If guests plan to arrive outside of check-in hours, they are kindly requested to inform the property in advance.
The reception is open during the following hours: 8:00 - 12:00 and 15:00 -18:00. For check-ins outside of these hours with an operator and before 20:00, guests are required to contact the property and inform them of their arrival time.
CHECK-INS AFTER 20:00 ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
Upon booking, a pre-authorization of the total amount of the stay will be made on the credit card used at the time of booking, collected on the day of check-in. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance if they require an invoice and if they prefer to pay with a different card than the one left at the time of booking.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
