A great location with good ocean views. Although the bed was a little lumpy, the fresh, clean sheets made up for it. The hotel is typical for its age. Although it's a little run down, it's still comfortable and clean. We managed to find a spot in the carpark over the weekend, but it was full by the end of the day. Monday was fine, with plenty of spots available. Discovering we had no hot water when we arrived, I mentioned it to the front desk and it was sorted quickly. They were nice and hot. Being an older hotel, the walls are a bit thin, making for a restless night if you're a light sleeper. The shower is over the bathtub and is high to step into, especially if you have short legs.

The room was lovely, but the hotel is in need of a little update. Great location for Leas Cliff Hall and the staff were great and friendly.
