Outstanding in every way. Room amazing - huge yet cosy - so comfortable and spotless. The best breakfast we’ve had in Folkestone and we visit often. Where else do you get every choice possible and phenomenal service. Our hosts could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Parking so easy and fantastic location.

Lovely welcome. A large room with a comfortable bed. Coffee bags and good tea, also, plenty of water provided and fresh milk available downstairs. Excellent location for the town centre. Breakfast was beautifully cooked. Good variety of jams, even marmite and peanut butter. Lovely sausages!

Wonderful friendly hosts, couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful quirky property. Rooms and bathrooms are huge. Property is immaculately clean and has a lovely homely feel about it. The breakfast was delicious, enough to choose from. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Welcoming, helpful and considerate owners. Breakfast was great, varied and fresh. Perfect location and easy off street parking in the adjacent undercover public car park

The location was very convenient, the service was wonderful and had the personal touch. The room was big, clean, and well stocked (plentiful bottles of water). The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. The owners were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
