Gillian “Wonderful bungalow I'm a great location. Safe, secure and homely”
The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need. It's very safe and I felt very welcome by Leonardo, my host. It's a family area with lots of households so you get a feel for real local life. Leonardo was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here.
MrWorld “Nice place 15 min walk from endless wild beach”
This is an excellent option if you like to be in walking distance from a wild, lonely beach. In fact, Praia Moçambique is the largest beach on the island and it is reachable by a 15 minute walk through a very pleasant pine forest that separates the village from the beach. Waves were powerful when we visited and surfers were active, a lifeguard was on duty. The host of this accommodation, Leonardo, was very polite. He speaks English very well and immediately made us feel welcome. The bungalow is located in a village in a quiet environment far from the main road. It was clean, well equipped, and included parking for a small car secured by a gate. There's another secured parking for larger cars on the back side of the bungalow. We highly recommend Leonardo's place and we loved Mocambique beach for its undeveloped, wild and uncrowded character.

The location (remote yet close to everything), the staff (friendly and welcoming). I felt so cozy, so at home. Beautiful nature, forest, trails, beach... a little paradise.
