This eco-friendly, solar-powered hostel located 15 km from Florianópolis city centre boasts an outdoor pool and free WiFi in all areas. Conceição Lagoon is only 100 metres away from Geckos Hostel.

The property is really well located, next to a host of local amenities and right by the Lagoon. The staff are helpful and friendly. The common area amenities are great for socialising.

The staff was generally nice and helpful. The hostel has a great social vibe to it, with a combo pool and ping-pong table, plus a swimming pool, as well as a bar. There was a small market next door and a really nice fresh fruit and vegetable market less than 5-minute walk away.
