Best location, extremely clean, friendly staff, comfy beds, this is what I look for when traveling, and all this was presented in Natz Hotel. Totally recommend it

Location is good but not recommended to stay stall the beds are falling apart very noise and nasty

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!! I got the room there because of the convenient location. For the whole stay we had no hot water and electricity!!!!!! 42°C in the room. No charges, no fan, no WiFi, nothing!!! People left food in the fridge and everything fermented!!!! I tried to get some water and there were onl 2 litres left!!!! I wanted to ask for any reimbursement and the guy who was taking care of the hostal was drunk!!!!!!!! I could not sleep because he was waking from room to room, he even wanted to enter mine but I was there! I contacted booking and the hotel said they won't do anything!!!! Extremaly unprofessional and irresponsible !!! So much stress!!! I had to go multiple times to expensive restaurants to ask about electricity just to charge my phone... Sick place!!!
