Easy to find. Kind and helpful staffs. Good facility with rooftop Cafe. After checking out, I was permitted to stay at the communal space until the departure time of overnight bus. Especially they let me use the toilet and called a taxi for me.

Location was superb, overlooking the lake very lovely. Convenient to walk to all the shops and resturants. Tours to the ruins.

The location was the best, right on the waterfront with amazing views and bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the air con worked extremely well. Roof top bar was also handy, went up for sunset drinks and ended up having dinner which was great

Beautiful view on the west, so while most people in the island flight to see the sunset, I could see it from the hotel. The rooms are okay, I'm not sure if it's worth the price. But there's AC, good comfortable beds and cushions, enough towels. The bar is a bit dead, and if it rains, the stairs and hall can get pretty slippery, but all in all, I enjoyed my stay. Would be a seven if the location wasn't as good.

Everything was very good, the location, super friendly staff willing to help with everything we needed, the rooms were very clean and smell good, the rooms have AC which is a life saver when in Petén the location is great beside the water

Location was great. Staff helpful and we managed an early check-in. Aircon was a bonus after sweating it out at Tikal for 3 days. Rooftop bar nice with view over the water. Staff organised a taxi for early morning ride to the airport.
