Staff was nice and preoccupied. Premium appartment is nice despite the noise and coffee is okay

its in a nice location not to far from any convince store, not far from reaturants or café's. it was a "wow" when we got inside the room, everything was clean and attention to details was amazing.

Breakfast very good - a la carte -, location excellent right in the middle of Flores island, nice terrace overlooking lake Petén Itzá and decent swimming pool plus jacuzzi.

Fantastic location, lovely pool and breakfasts. Make the effort to get to Jorge's rope swing, preferably by kayak. If the weather is good its a lovely way to spend a few hours, and of course Tikal is a must. Some great restaurants on island too
