Location. The artistic folding of the towels. Mini bar wasn’t extortionate. Staff were kind and helpful.

Very nice hotel in the heart of the Island of Flores. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and large, with good bathrooms. Use of the terrace is lovely with a view of the lake. Complementary tea and coffee is a nice touch. Staff are helpful.

Accommodating nature of staff. Our Spanish is poor and their English is poor but we managed through a translation app. They were very helpful with taxis and Tikal trip and arranging out bus to Belize. The mini bar. Central location. Relate to.

The view onto the lake from.our little terrace.The room.was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The housekeeper was first class, room cleaned daily.Flores is a great place and a good base to explore further..

Quiet side of Flores. Comfortable bed, hot showers, large room overlooking lake. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely terrace on top floor with lake view.

The hotel and our room (304) were great. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

Lovely location, lake view rooms do have a great view. Terrace overlooking lake is fantastic too should you wish to relax. The staff speak very little English so be prepared to practice your Spanish! It is on the quieter side of Flores Island.

Nice, clean room with AC and balcony with view towards lake. Hotel is close to many restaurants, including a very good breakfast restaurant. Good value for money.

Gave us a cold face towel to cool down after walking in 38 degrees with our luggage. Also gave us juice. Coffee and pastries available in the morning. Could leave our bags there. Very helpful! Gorgeous balcony to have coffee in the morning overlooking lake!
