Staff very friendly and tried to help even though English was minimal. Good location near the lake. 24hour reception. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Free drinking water. They cleaned the bathrooms regularly.

It was a quiet hostel, with good location, extremely clean!! Bathrooms were always clean, the staff were constantly cleaning and it showed. Kitchen well stocked and clean. Staff were lovely. Each bed had a fan

Friendly staff. They provide a lot of info about ground transportation around Flores and to popular Guatemalan tourist destinations. Simple free breakfast (4 slices of bread, spread and coffee) provided Each bed has a light, a power socket and a large backpack storage cupboard in the dorm. My dorm had an ensuite shower and toilet. Relatively clean and my bed was made up during the day. Excellent location. Only 100m to the 'I love Peten' sign which is the hub for shuttles to and from Flores.

The hostel is really nice, very well located. You can also book activities and shuttle through the hostel which is nice. The staff was very kind.
