Excellent breakfast. Also happy that Hans took care in advance for our transport to Tikal. The hotel is charming.

Lovely lobby and centrally located. Beds were firm. Helpful staff. They even had my laundry done at a laundromat while I went to Tikal.

I really like the colors and the vibe, the reception lounge with wide open doors in the rain is quite magical. Staff very friendly with us and the place is sparkling clean, very beautiful

The staff were so kind and accommodating. We booked our Tikal tour through Casa Ramona which I strongly recommend. We arrived extremely early by bus (6am, whilst checkin was 3pm) and they allowed us to rest in their upstairs space, which was definitely something they didn't have to offer. Very good location as well. Easy to locate.

Amazing breakfast! Very good value if you’re looking for something nicer than the other more budget options on Flores. Staff were very helpful with organising tours and onward transfers.

The AC was very welcoming with the heat in Flores. Beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, staff is very attentive and helpful ad the breakfast was good, also they give you complementary water
