Nice small and family-run accomodation situated in a quiet street a bit away from the noisy main street. The rooms are simple but there is everything you need, including good air conditioning (which you do need because it gets very, very hot!). They have a rooftop terrace where you can take a simple but tasty breakfast. They do pick you up from the airport for 50 Quetzals (6 Euro). They have a littel kitchen where you could make your own meal and drinking water is available to take. Be very careful if you intend to swim in the lake, apparently, there are crocodiles! And don't be afraid of the stray dogs that will follow you around - just ignore them and it will be fine.

Close to everything. The staff are amazing, did our laundry and also helped us out when we needed it. This is the cleanest hotel I've been to in Guatemala.

Really enjoyed staying here. Big room, amazing AC, and great shower. Very clean room and they cleaned the room everyday. Location excellent too.

Very nice family-run hotel, especially the AC is amazing :). Fully equipped kitchen (no spices except salt) and a beautiful small rooftop terrace.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. They serve a delicious breakfast on their terrace, if requested. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcome.

Situated one block back from the water, this hotel is surrounded by lots of lovely bars and restaurants. Room was simple but very comfortable and we were so pleased to have aircon. Staff at hotel were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Laundry service was amazing, quick and cheap. They let us leave our bags after checkout so we could spend the afternoon exploring before our flight. They also arranged efficient and reasonable transport to the airport for us. A highlight for us was the beautiful roof terrace where we spent a lot of time. Amazing views for an evening drink!

The patio was a beautiful place to have breakfast but was quiet and clean. Room was simple but the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and it was great having a breakfast option. Delicious food.

Very nice and comfortable place. Very nice staff and good breakfast too. The roof terrace was overlooking the lake. They did our laundry as well.
