This place is special. The service and staff are exceptional, food is fabulous, rooms were big and very clean. Special mention to the lady that works in the spa, she is so kind and helpful. Breakfast is nice with a good selection. Slightly outside the city but we used the free shuttle in and walked back (45 minute walk).

Ville Sull’Arno is absolutely stunning. The staff couldn’t have helped any more and the spa is a great area to relax. We went as a group of 3 couples and really enjoyed how peaceful it was with really comfortable beds. The only down side was the distance from the centre as it was a €35 trip every day as we always wanted to go at different times than the shuttle bus ran. Would definitely return.

The location and the comfortable rooms and spa. Breakfast and dinner were amazing, great food and staff. The shuttle service to the town was good. They made us feel very welcome and celebrated our anniversary with a bottle of fizz!

The spa was the main reason for me booking this hotel and it didn't disappoint! The hot tub in the room was also wonderful. The breakfast is definitely worth including in the booking. The free shuttle service is very useful given the location just outside the centre.

Amazing hotel - staff can’t do enough for you - first class service. Fabulous decor with huge attention to detail making the place feel like a Tuscan villa. The suite was superb with comfortable furniture, a private hot tub and a spa bath. Complimentary bottled water and tea / coffee machine + mini-bar. Cleanliness of the room / bedding / towels was exceptional with daily servicing. The breakfast was a buffet of delights with a huge hot and cold selection and on the day we had an early start they provided a breakfast basket for our journey. There’s a free shuttle service to and from the centre of town too. Quality and service in a fantastic setting. Great value for money.

We loved being a little bit out from the busy city and by the beautiful river (a shuttle is provided to go into town)and having an outdoor pool definitely a plus, delicious food too in the restaurant.

Very nice style, confortable and very atmospheric room, very clean with great amenities. The Restaurant & SPS personnel were exceptional. Very kind, polite, and provide great service. A very convenient addition is the complimentary shuttle service to the historic centre.
