Excellent facilities, breakfast buffet has a good range of food and even gluten free options. Evening meal was exceptional with staff very attentive. This is second time we have stayed and not at all disappointed

This was a welcoming place where we were well looked after. The food and drink (breakfast, evening meal and out by the pool) were all excellent. Parking and check-in were both easy. It was relatively straightforward to reach the centre of Florence from a nearby bus stop. The room was comfortable with good a/c. We enjoyed a couple of days here. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Villa Neroli is a charming venue conveniently located not far from Florence, making it a great base for exploring the area. One of the highlights is the secured and safe parking area, which even includes plugs for electric vehicles—perfect for travelers prioritizing convenience. The property itself is lovely, with a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, catering to a range of tastes. While the breakfast room staff do their job well without overdoing it, I found the reception staff to be particularly warm and inviting, leaving a lasting positive impression. The rooms are another standout feature: spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The beds are firm, which I personally prefer for a good night's sleep. Overall, Villa Neroli offers a wonderful blend of comfort, practicality, and attentive service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Florence area!
