Ok location The reception staff thought we didn't speak italian so continued to speak to each other about personal stuff and work related tasks that i found very unprofessional in a hotel Breakfast fas great and the staff in the Breakfast rooms was great and professional.

The staff on check in were great. The room was as expected. The breakfast was ok but the staff in the breakfast room were great. I used it as a base to sleep and it served its purpose to see the beautiful city of Florence. The price I paid was good, and I if I wanted to pay more I probably could've chosen a hotel closer but the distance from the city wasn't enough to stop me doing everything I wanted to do.
