Clean and spacious room with separate sitting area. Shower/Toilet is a small. Coffee/tea facilities in room and common fridge is available at the reception. Strong and stable wifi. Air-condition is also very strong, which is great because weather was quite hot during this period. And air-conditioning in room kept mosquitoes and flies out. Silvia is a very friendly host and she does the daily housekeeping (very well) herself. Entrance into building by code and card key to room.

perfectly placed for uffizi,pallazo vecchio and the shops and restaurants. Sylvia is very helpful. comfortable bed and lovely bathroom.

The room was very beautiful, big, super clean and fully equipped. The beds were very comfy and the location was excellent!! The lady that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful!!

The character of the room/bed/bathroom was excellent, much preferred over a boring hotel room. Our hostess Silvia was excellent, her friendly and helpful nature made our stay a better experience.

The location of the apartment is perfect, it's close to every interesting part of the city. You can have a walk, then take a rest, and go again. Also it's quiet. Host was very nice, gave us advice for different things to do. The third floor didn't disturb us.

Tall person. Good shower size/height. Not huge pressure. Kicked posts around bed during sleep. Still a very suitable stay for tall traveler. Stairs were not a stress. Near the famous panini imbiss
