Excellent location, walkable from station and very close to shops, cafes and the river. Very friendly staff, great communication beforehand, got us into our room as soon as it was ready (which was very welcome after our journey from Pisa). They've made best use of the space available, the mattress was perfect, the addition of a little shared balcony space was lovely.

Great location close to The Duomo and Ponte Vecchio, many shops nearby. The room is very clean, spacious, the staff was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this location and next time we are in FIrenze we will stay here for sure! THANK YOU, we had a great stay

The place was very central, parking possible not too far from location. Rooms spacious, comfortable bed, everything modern, neat and clean. Nespresso machines in rooms and some snacks were nice as well. We've missed one or two things in our room, but they were provided instantly.

The bed was comfortable. The check in was delays but the staff were wonderful in accommodating our check in. The location was fantastic it has a fantastic little lift

My daughter and I had a fantastic room on the corner of the building that had windows that opened to the street. I really enjoyed my stay here, although it was a bit pricey the location was wonderful and it had a good vibe.
