Location is right smack in the heart of Florence where all major key sites can be reached by foot. The apartment has a lift which is really good for travellers with heavy luggages. Apartment is well designed and comfortable.

The location is perfect - just the main spot of Firenze. The flat is very nice and spacious. Marco is very nice and helpful.

The location was unbeatable! Just a few steps from the cathedral and the main attractions of the city. Loved the decor of the apartment and the cleanest. Super well decorated, and nice and comfortable beds.

First, the apartment we booked was terrific but we had a little problem (not the rental's fault) and the rental upgraded us to a larger, 2 br, apartment that was even nicer, so bonus points for that. Moreover, we got in a bit late but the manager met us, helped with the luggage, and got us all set up. Second, the apartment was large and beautiful and literally around the corner from the Florence Duomo (Basilica), and not far from the other major attractions including the Accademia where Michelangelo's original David is, and the Uffitzi Gallery where the Birth of Venus is displayed, so the location was fantastic. (Parking-wise, we were able to street park due to a handicap placard - otherwise, Florence parking and traffic is challenging to say the least.) The neighborhood is full of high end and other shopping and many restaurants so again, great location. The apartment had a large kitchen/living room with a nice smart TV so you can use Netflix if you want, two comfortable bedrooms and nice bathroom, with all the dishes, towels, etc., that you need, and the building has a lift (elevator - it's an original so a bit finicky but does the job). The building is also locked and secure, not that the area is bad at all. It's a safe, lovely neighborhood. (Armani Exchange is right across the street, too.) So, highly recommended.
