The rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, with a variety of food & drinks to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful.

From the moment we stepped into the Sonetto, we were enveloped in an aura of refined elegance. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, with its exquisite design and attention to detail. Every corner whispered stories of artistry and sophistication. The staff, without exception, were an absolute delight. Their kindness, helpfulness, and genuine warmth made us feel truly welcomed and valued throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, anticipating our needs and always offering a smile. Our room was a sanctuary of tranquility. It was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and exuded a sense of calm that was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, and the comfort of the bed was unparalleled. The hotel's location was ideal, placing us within easy reach of the city's vibrant attractions while maintaining a peaceful and intimate atmosphere.

This was the most homie hotel ever! Comfortable, bright, big and beautiful room with river views. Pictures express the reality. The room was just the same. Staff- excellent! Location - easily walkable and very nice. We will definitely stay here, If we travel in Florence again!

My room was spacious with high ceiling, nicely designed, cosy and warm (I was there in winter). It was very clean and smelt great. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedsheets and perfect pillows. I could sleep very well. There were wooden floors, nice lighting and a great shower. I also liked the location as I could walk everywhere, and it was close to Sant'Ambrogio which is a nice, less touristy area. It felt very safe as well. All the staff I met were super friendly, polite, helpful, and simply great at their job. There was a kettle, a coffee machine, and a fridge in the room but I had to unplug it at night as it was very loud. There were plenty of plugs incl. USB ones.
