Everything was perfectly fine and comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to the centre of Florence, but perfectly do-able. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient on both our arrival and departure, and was very lovely with it.

Breakfast was decent enough although we weren't greeted by any staff member. The f and b manager was too interested in the corporate clients. The porter was helpful.

air con was a godsend in the middle of summer when it was reaching temps of 39 degrees. The room was cleaned daily and was very spacious including the bathroom, lots of room for a family of 4. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice meaning you didn’t have to have the same thing every day if you are there for a few nights like us. lifts were handy if you had lots of luggage.

Very good Stuff in the reception, I arrived before check time they give me the room, thanks Location near center 10 minutes walk. Parking is safe Room size good and clean also bathroom size perfect.
