Excellent location within easy walking distance of tourist attractions, friendly and helpful staff, lots of free drinks, snacks and fruit provided, comfortable bed.

I loved everything about this place and if visiting Florence again, I will book at this place. The locations is awsome. Everything you want to see is close. We had a flight late at night but could use the facility the whole day which made everything so much easier.

The property is beautifully kept with amazing design and attention to detail. It made you feel like you were at home. The extra touches like filtered water dispenser, a stocked mini bar available for free and books to read made it even better. The location is fantastic as able to walk to the Duomo and other attractions and right in the heart of the shopping precinct.
