Hotel Overview

Souvenir Maya is near the Accademia Museum with the original David statue, and 600 metres from Firenze Santa Maria Novella Train Station. Rooms are compact and clean.
All rooms at the Maya Souvenir have a wash basin, an LCD TV, and a fridge, and are cooled with a fan. Some rooms are en suite, some feature a shared bathroom on the same floor, and some feature a shower cabin in the room and a tea/coffee maker.

The room was pretty and bright with a pleasant view away from the street so very quiet. Liked provision of teas and coffee and biscuits in shared common space. Pleasant ambience in this very old Florentine building that has been renovated and cared for. Manager/owner a gracious man.

We were made so welcome by our host Andrea and the room we were given was of a higher grade than I expected. An easy 15 minutes walk into the centre, so far enough away from the crowds to be quiet too. Highly recommend a stay there

Very good location, friendly owner. Clean room with a small shower and toilet. Bigger shared bathrooms on each floor (clean). Water, coffee, tea in the corridor/lobby.
