The girls were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The location was good, not too far from the centre. Big enough room, clean, and cool . The only inconvenience was that the kitchen was right behind us, and we heard all the noises from early morning when they were prepping breakfast. The girls did apologise for the noise, too.

the location was fabulous, far enough away from the centre for peace and queit but close enough to be in the heart of florence after a short walk . the hosts were brilliant and went above and beyond to welcome us and were good enough to book a taxi for us for our ridiculously early flight home . the room was clean and comfortable, cosy with lovely big windows. The continental breakfast was fresh and a total bonus .i will absolutely book here again on my next trip to florence .

Instructions and communications were excellent and host is a delightful person. This is a value for money place with big rooms and breakfast is lovely. Ideally located wawy from teh choas and crows but close enought forw walk or quick bus trip into old tow.
