The location is perfect 5 mins from the train station and yet on a calm street! 10 mins walk from the city centre, very well located. The shower was newly renovated, bed mattresses were good and the room was clean and spacious!

Nice room with high ceilings and balcony. The room had mosquito fumigator, it helped me a lot at night. The hotel is located near the station, but the street itself is very quiet. The bathroom is next to the room, there was a separate key. I did not feel any discomfort from it. Helpful and attentive staff ☺️

Located very close to the main railway station and to the beginning of a pedestrian area with many not so expensive restaurants. The sorrounding area looks like safe, there was some homeless, but there was no sense of unsafeness. The room was in an apartment located in a building of the XIX century, with very old furnishment with scratches and little damages, but mainly clean; interesting for who like vintages. The lift of the building is old and not so clean, there are some stairs to the ground floor of the lift. Reception is on the frontside building. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great value for the prices in Florence.

great location - 15 min by walk from a bus station if you are getting from Florence, 7 min to a railway station, 20 min to Duomo. big and clean apartment, comfortable bed, nice view from balcony, black out windows, big wardrobe with hangers, presents mirrors, 3 towels per person plus one for feet. nice and helpful staff with quick responses. supermarket Conad in 5 min by walk

The location is right next to the central station and within walking distance to Florence Cathedral. The room cleanliness was excellent, and the towels and sheets smelled wonderfully clean. Especially the room we stayed in was right next to the terrace on the top floor, and we loved the terrace. It offers a panoramic city view overlooking the cathedral dome. In every sense, it was superb.

Large, clean room with view of duomo and near to station, good bathroom. Staff were very nice and helpful and we were able to leave our luggage at sister hotel across the road.
