Since our arrival time was late, a great plan was made for us in advance. We were able to check into our room without any difficulty. Cleanliness, comfort, location, free use of the minibar, everything was great. We had a very enjoyable 3 days. If we come to Florence again, I would make my reservation without hesitation. Thank you very much for everything! :)

An excellent hotel with a great location. The room and bathroom were clean and has everything you could ask for. Everything in the mini bar was complimentary and guests can use the coffee machine at reception also free of charge. The lady at receptuon was extremely polite and kindly let us sit at reception while our room was getting prepared. Self check in is an option. The room is in close proximity to all main attractions and there are two supermarkets and a pharmacy right across the street. Great value for the money and an amazing option if you wish to discover Florence.

Location is excellent, very close to the Duomo. The hosts were eady to communicate, both by mail and in person. I got the room that looked exactly like on Booking.com photos. Bottled water, tea, kettle, cookies, espresso machine, packed peanuts were freely available in the room and reception. I loved the bed and beddings. Room has AC, fridge, lasy chair, desk and chair as well. I think it is excellent value for money.
