The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. It also had A/C. The location was also very convenient to the city centre and restaurants, etc The hosts (Antonella and Heidy) were fantastic and helpful. This was a great apartment fir a family of 5.

A fabulous property, located right in the middle of the old centre, only 5-15 minutes walk away from most of the sightseeing attractions. The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities you need to feel comfortable and above all it's very quiet, no outside noise from the street! Mosquito nets on all the windows. You can trust the photos online. The host(s) are very welcoming and responsive, giving you lots of tips. And should you come by car, there's a garage just 50 meters away from the apartment. We'll be back for sure to Five Senses in San Lorenzo quarter.

This property exceeded our expectation, it was fantastic. It was spacious, super clean and located in the best part of Florence in the city centre. The host was fabulous, she was quick to respond and full of recommendations. We can’t wait to come back to San Lorenzo Five Senses. A+
