Lovely room in a great location, all major attractions within 15 min walking distance. Close to a bus stop ( 15 min to train station). Close to small local bakeries for delicious morning coffee and pastries.

Excellent location, within close proximity of central Florence and loads of good restaurants without being too close to all of the tourists. Plenty of towels and a modern bathroom and kitchen.

The location - though noisy at times - was abs great for exploring the city. Local shopping - incl a Carrefour a few mins away - is excellent (bought lovely second hand leather bag in the local cobbler’s, for example, and there are a couple of interesting retro-y clothes shops nearby). Great pizza/pasta restaurant in Via Ginori (SymBIOis) ten mins walk. SMN stazione readily accessible by foot (20 mins brisk walking). Ambroglio Saturday market is the real deal - buy excellent food to cook or eat there and browse the antiques bit which includes quality clothes too. Flat itself: good shower, comfortable bed, shutters make for a dark room at night.
