This is a fantastic hotel with lovely friendly and helpful staff. It is clean and very well presented. Our room was a good size and well laid out; tea and coffee making facilities were a bonus! It is also very conveniently located with the main attractions being between a 5-15 minute walk. Would use again.

Fantastic location, modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. We received a very welcome reception when we arrived with lots of good advice. Hotel is about 5 minutes walk from Academia Gallery.

Great hotel in a great location. Room was very clean and spacious with lovely view of city from window. Bathroom was good size, great walk-in shower with lovely amenities. Great variety at breakfast and staff were extremely obliging. Would stay again and will look for the brand in other locations.

Room Mate is a great place to stay. The location is excellent for all the sights and there are many nice cafes and restaurants closeby. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent - the breakfast staff exceptional. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. Coffee, tea and minibar available in the room. We were very happy with our stay.

We really liked what they have done with the place, an older building met with a modern and fresh style. The place feels homely and comfortable. A cosy bed, powerful showers, nearly sound proof windows (with everything closed at night you can barely hear a thing from the outside world, despite being next to a busy road). The breakfast was brilliant, served 7am till midday. Plus they change up a few fresh cooked items daily to keep it interesting. Location is excellent, 10-12 minutes walk from the station with luggage. Then all the sights are a mere 5 - 20 minutes walk at most. No need to use public transport. Our room also had a view of Dumo which was really quite special. Finally, the staff were lovely.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many choices each day. The location was very convenient for walking to all the sights as well as the train station.
