We chose the hotel mainly because it is a very centrally located 4 star hotel and in fact it is. Whichever site you want to visit in Florence, the hotel is always within a short walking distance. What took me and my wife by surprise is the incredible friendliness and excellent service of the staff. They clearly love their job and want to make your stay the most enjoyable possible. Just to name two persons in order to avoid a long tedious review, Alessandra at the reception gave us many tips on where to go and Antonello made our breakfasts special with his enthusiasm, his proper understanding of my wife's allergies, his restaurant tips and the special delicious food he brought us. As regards the room, it was spacious, clean and comfortable, with complimentary water every day.

My family stayed in Florence for 5 nights over the new year period. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were very stylish and clean. The location was central opposite palazzo stozzi. The staff, especially Alessandra, were so helpful and had great restaurant recommendations. They also accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. The reception desk is staffed 24/7 and we had access to water, soft-drinks coffee and snacks at anytime. Highly recommended!

Roommate Isabella Florence is a lovely hotel. The room was very nicely styled and the bed was very comfortable - particularly the pillows! The best pillows I've slept on for a long time! The breakfast was also very good - lots of options in a lovely looking buffet. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location was really great, a short walk to all the main tourist spots. We didn’t have breakfast included but paid for it on two occasions and there was a very varied selection and we were stuffed! Overall the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful - with tips for restaurants, transport and helping us move room.

Our stay was really nice. The room was great, bed was very comfortable. Breakfasts are rich and mixed. The localization is really great. And the staff were so so nice and helpful, we had problem with the bathroom and they react quick and efficiently. Highly recommended this great hotel!
