The property is absolutely stunning, the design aesthetic is incredible. We loved hanging out in the restaurant by the fireplace & in the garden by the pool. They gave us an upgrade for our loft so we had extra space for our baby, which was so thoughtful. They’d set up a cot & put in a nappy bin too. All the staff are super friendly and so helpful. Overall experience was really excellent and we’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful views of the river. Beautiful rooms. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast spread. Accessible tram stop within 8min walk. The neighbourhood was quiet but we still felt quite safe. There was also daily housekeeping too!

Walkable location for the historic centre, next to the river. Very nice breakfast/dinner. Food was fabulous. Restaurant beautifully designed. Very helpful staff at reception.

We have stayed here several times as it is easy to park the car and walk or get the tram into Florence. The staff are all very friendly and helpful .There are plenty of good restauarants nearby. It is not far from the concert hall . You can borrow a bicycle if you want to cycle around Florence.
