Massimo was very kind. Before arriving, I had made reservations for the museums in Florence through the Firenze Pass, but I encountered some issues. However, Massimo helped me locally and resolved all the problems. As a foreigner, it was something I couldn't resolve on my own, but Massimo, the manager of this hotel, kindly solved everything.

Perfect location, cleaning, host communication, and attitude. The host was very responsive and supportive. Breakfast was good, a bit too limited but perfect for people who want to have breakfast while walking though the city.

Great location, close to the tramway which connects to the airport and close to everything in the city. Mr. Massimo was extremely helpful and had extremely fast communication through whatsapp!

The main point is the host. Massimo is a phenomenal guy, very helpfull to our every need; ask him for everything and you'll see! He will point you around in the city, and not only. Breakfast is not served in the premises but you get a voucher for a local bakery that makes great coffee and pastries. Air-conditioning works well. The room is functional and clean and stacked with toiletries. Great experience!

Great location, 5 min walk from Mercato Centrale , excellent communication with the host, Massimo is funny and very knowledgeble. We followed his advices for Florence sightseeings and it was great!

Massimo is such a great host, we did not have the chance to meet him but he was always here for us, breakfast is awesome (real Italian in a nice local bakery), location was great next to the central market and the room was nice and confortable

We had a fantastic stay at Residenza Olimpo! The place itself is wonderful and the location is just perfect - right next to the Mercato and the Duomo. Highly recommended!!!
